—  Please provide your own images in a downloadable zip file whenever possible. Please no screencap gallery links. Please do not send me images numbering more than twice the number of your icon commission.

— If you only want fewer than 50 icons, you can PM me the download link and send Dreamwidth points instead. This is because transaction fees will eat up most of the $5 if it's sent through PayPal.

— Icon count ceiling of 300 icons (for screencap icons) per checkout. Please wait for pending orders to finish before adding new orders.

— Once you have your Order/Invoice Number, please send me a PM with the commission details and download links/references at @manual.dw, with the Order/Invoice Number as the subject line. (No need to do this step if you included the download link in the order message.)

— Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for screencap icons (50-150 icons) or 2-3 weeks (over 150 icons), barring any unforeseen events. Let me know if you have a specific deadline in mind for the icons.

— At present I'm not able to provide refunds, so please be informed when ordering.
